The Same God

Indeed, Facebook is of the best means to communicate these days. Thru it, I found out that the husband of one of my high school friends passed away just recently. Some of our classmates from all over the world were also able to extend their condolences via FB.

I feel for Ever & Aly. I know that it is really a huge loss for them. Sad that I can't go there as I have flu since last week. Calling her from time to time is not the same as being there personally but it is the least that I can do.

It seems not too long ago when we were in high school and now she is a widow. Our friendship has gone a long, long way.

I pray that God will shower you with love and strength so that you will be able to face tomorrow even without Ed now. Try to remember that the same God who washed away our sins will also wipe away our tears.

W for Writing

About a month ago, I attended our Finance Department team building. There were so many inclusion exercises and one of them was for us to arrange ourselves according to the first letter of our hidden talent. I immediately placed myself towards the end of the line knowing that it was W that I represented.

Somebody asked me what it stands for.....is that Wrestling?? Hahahha....It was only then that I have realized how much I missed writing...Got so busy....maybe one of these days...I will find the time and the inspiration to write about something....
